We stand behind our products with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If not satisfied for any reason and wish to return a product for full refund contact our Support Team at support@purtherapy.com. After contact further instructions will be given to process your return and receive a refund, or perform an exchange. 

If required, your refund will be issued once your return has been received. If no return is required by our Support Team, you will receive a refund. Once processed it may take 3 to 5 business days for the credit to be reflected on your account.
